Hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid has become an essential agent in moisturising cosmetic products. Thanks to its water-retaining properties, it helps deeper skin layers maintain their hydration levels. Its hydrophilic film-forming properties (creation of a hydrated film on the skin) also helps prevent evaporation.

Saccharide isomerate

Saccharide isomerate is a powerful hydrating agent, that also regulates hydration. It is obtained thanks to the isomerisation of glucose contained in plants. This sugar-based active ingredient has a unique relation to the skin thanks to its natural composition. As it has links with certain amino acids contained in the skin, once applied it does not wash off easily and can only be eliminated by the natural skin-flaking process. Consequently, its hydration regulation action lasts even longer and allows for long-term water retention. Saccharide isomerate is an essential ingredient for the protection of fragile, rough or itchy skin.

Silk proteins

Hydrolysed silk proteins are excellent hydrating and softening agents. They increase hydration levels and help skin feel silky soft. Silk proteins form a protective film that provides increased firmness and suppleness, and are highly recommended for sensitive skin.

Centella Asiatica

Centella Asiatica is a plant that comes from Asia and Oceania, whose common name is Tiger grass, and whose extract has soothing, healing, repairing, firming and anti-wrinkle properties.
It acts on the cells that form the dermal tissue (fibroblasts), thus increasing collagen production.
Centella Asiatica is recommended by dermatologists and other skin specialists to improve healing and reduce the effects of laser treatments used during skin surgery, both after resurfacing, vascular or pigmentary laser treatment.

Collagen is a fibre that makes up our bodily tissues and gives our skin its firmness. However, with age, collagen production is reduced, mainly leading to sagging skin in the face and loss of elasticity.
Hydrolysed collagen is added to HTM exclusive masks and contributes to making skin softer and smoother thanks to its film-forming properties. It also helps significantly reduce irritation and improves skin hydration.
